Information for Pride of Africa Foods trade customers
Business approval
Applicants provide current business and contact information for review. Catalogue prices and checkout remain restricted until the trade account is approved.
Customer-specific access
Prices, promotions, payment readiness and available fulfilment options may depend on the approved customer record. Do not share protected trade pricing outside the authorised business.
Pack and minimum quantities
Products must be ordered in the selling packs, minimum quantities and increments shown in the live catalogue. These rules are revalidated when the order is submitted.
Order approval and fulfilment
Wholesale orders may require team approval and a final delivery calculation before payment or picking. Status and documents are shown against the order in the customer account.
