Trade account access
Wholesale prices and ordering are available only to approved business customers. Keep account credentials secure and tell the wholesale team promptly if account details change.
Orders
An online submission is an order request. Product availability, pack rules, account status, final delivery charges and any required payment are validated before the order is accepted for fulfilment.
Prices and payment
The current customer price, tax, promotion and delivery calculation shown during checkout are confirmed against the live order record. Approved orders requiring card payment are paid through the secure payment link attached to that order.
Changes and cancellation
Use the account controls where an order is marked editable. Once approval, picking or dispatch has progressed, contact the wholesale team and quote the order reference; a change is not confirmed until the team accepts it.
Product information
Images and descriptions support ordering, but packaging and formulations can change. Always check the physical label for ingredients, allergens, storage and preparation information.
