Delivery options
Available fulfilment methods and estimated charges are shown before an order is submitted. The final option depends on the destination, products, recorded weight, pallet requirement and operating schedule.
Wholesale weight and pallets
Each eligible product contributes its configured weight to the order. Orders that require pallet transport are calculated using the delivery rules configured for the POA storefront and confirmed before dispatch.
Receiving your order
An authorised person should be available at the delivery address. Check quantities and condition against the delivery note before the driver leaves where practical.
Collection
Where collection is available, wait for a ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling to the cash and carry.
Problems with a delivery
Report missing, incorrect or damaged products promptly with the order reference, affected items, quantities and photographs where applicable.
