Information for Pride of Africa Foods trade customers
Raise a request
Open the relevant order and choose Request a return, or contact the wholesale team with the order reference, product, quantity and reason.
Damaged, missing or incorrect goods
Report delivery issues promptly and retain the goods and packaging where safe to do so. Provide photographs when requested so the team can review the fulfilment record.
Approval
A return, replacement, credit or refund is not confirmed until the wholesale team reviews the request against the product condition, delivery record and applicable trade terms.
Food safety
Do not use a product that appears unsafe, damaged or incorrectly stored. Follow the product label and contact the team immediately if food safety is in question.
