Who can shop with Pride of Africa Foods?

Pride of Africa Foods is a wholesale service for approved retailers, caterers, restaurants and other food businesses.

How do I open a trade account?

Choose Sign up, complete the business information and contact details, then submit the account for review.

Why is account approval required?

Approval protects wholesale pricing and allows the team to confirm business, delivery and credit information before trading.

How do pack sizes and minimum quantities work?

Each product shows its selling pack and minimum order. The cart adds the correct pack increment and validates it again at checkout.

Can I buy single units?

Only when a single unit is configured as an available POA trade option. Otherwise the listed wholesale pack and minimum apply.

When is stock reserved?

Availability is rechecked and reserved when the order is accepted into fulfilment.

How is delivery calculated?

The storefront calculates delivery from recorded product weight, pallet requirements, destination and the fulfilment method selected for the order.

Can I collect my order?

Collection is available when offered at checkout. Please wait for confirmation that the order is picked and ready.

What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?

Contact the wholesale team promptly with the order reference, affected product, quantity and supporting photographs.
